Observatory dresses up like R2-D2

You are looking at one of the coolest college campus pranks of all time. And it just happened yesterday.

Some unidentified students at Carlton College in Minnesota engaged in an end-of-the-school-year prank, dressing up the college’s Goodsell Observatory to look like the biggest R2-D2 ever. Fear not — nothing has been defaced. Look closely at the photo and you can see that it was all done with painted sheets of fabric. What’s most remarkable about it to me is how perfectly-proportioned it is.
